The Pharmaceutical Alliance process consists of four steps:
- Legal Negotiation
- Start-Up
- Commercial Manufacturing
- Sales
The purpose of the first step, Legal Negotiation, is to set the terms of the alliance and successfully completes with an Alliance Agreement contract. There is no charge for this activity. The responsibilities of each party, the costs associated with each activity, payment requirements, and activities and timelines are all specified during this step.
The Start-Up step gets the in-country facility ready for business. CURE Pharmaceutical begins to generate revenue during this step through the sale of equipment and advisory/consulting services. During this step the building is planned, designed and constructed as per CURE Pharmaceutical specifications and local regulatory. All the equipment is procured, delivered, installed, and tested. All documentation is delivered and tested. CURE Pharmaceutical provides initial market plans and template promotional material. All staff is selected, hired and trained for administrative and operational duties. All security is in-place to protect the facility. This step successfully completes when the site operates according to GMP/ISO-9000 standards and is Ready for Business.
Once in the Commercial Manufacturing step, the local site is in production mode and the Completed Product is available. CURE Pharmaceutical continues to generate revenue by selling bulk products and fee based support services.
The final step, Sales, includes all the activities needed to develop a marketing strategy, procure product sales, and develop the distribution network. The role of CURE Pharmaceutical is as an adviser. The cost for any needed advisory service is additional.
